Технические данные и Оснащение коттеджей

Terms of reservations:

- The reservation is binding after a deposit has been made. The deposit is 10 % of the total amount, minimum charge is 30 euros and must be paid within 7 days from the date of the reservation. The remaining amount of the rental fee is due 21 days before the beginning of the rental period. If the reservation is made within four weeks of the beginning date of the rental period the rental fee needs to be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.

-Online reservations the owner is entitled to charge the debosit amount from customers credit card.

-In the event that payments are not made on time the owner has the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation policy:

- Cancellations by the customer must be made in writing to the owner. The official date of the cancellation is the date the owner is informed in writing of the cancellation.

The customer is entitled to rescind a contract without a separate reason,

*not later than 21 days before the date on which the service is to begin, by paying the service charge (=deposit) specified in advance, 30 euros; *later than 21 days before the date on which the service is to begin, by paying the full price of the service;

The customer's right to rescind a contract:

-In the event of a customer or another person belonging to the same household suddenly becomes ill, suffers a serious accident or dies, the customer is entitled to rescind the contract and receive a refund of the price paid for the service, less a service charge, the amount of which has been notified to the customer in advance, 30 euros. However, the payment will not be refunded if the use of the service has already begun. Any impediment in the way of arrival must be notified to the owner immediately. A doctor's certificate must be presented when illness or accident has prevented use of the service.

The owner's right to rescind a contract:

- In the event of a force majeure, the owner may cancel the reservation. The customer will get a full refund for the reservation fee but will not be reimbursed for any other fees that the customer incurred in relation to the reservation and its cancellation.

Other terms:

- The number of people using the cottage is limited to the number specified at the time of the reservation, the upper limit being what is stated in the brochure or the website. If the customer would like to accommodate more persons than specified he/she needs to arrange it with the owner. The owner has the right to charge a fee for extra persons staying in the cottage. The use of a tent or a trailer is not allowed unless it is arranged with the owner. Pets are allowed by the permission of the owner.

- All complaints regarding the reservation or the condition of the cottage must be made immediately to the owner.

- The owner reserves the right to change rental fees at any time.

-The customer is required to pay for any damages to the cottage or its equipment to the owner.
